YUVA is one of the most active youth-led NGOs of Mauritius and Africa. YUVA is looking for an Intern for project writing.

This is a 12-week, part-time, unpaid internship. The selected candidate will be able to work from home and pick their own schedule, but must meet weekly deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Writer creates written documents used to convince a reader to do something specific. The goal of the Project Writer is to write proposals in order to convince the recipient to enter into a partnership with YUVA. Furthermore, grant proposals convince a reader to lend, donate or invest money in a project. The Project Writer must be able to write in a detailed, factual and convincing manner.

Qualifications: Strong research and writing skills. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines with very little supervision.

Start Date: New programs begin every month, you choose the month you wish to start.

Award: Upon completion of the internship, the intern will be given an attestation of his/her performance signed by the Executive Director of YUVA.
