YUVA Academy, Greenwich University Pakistan Mauritius Branch Campus sign MoU to promote academic and cultural exchanges

YUVA Academy and Greenwich University Pakistan Mauritius Branch Campus have signed a memorandum of understanding on Friday, 23 November 2018, which aims at establishing and developing a close partnership to promote academic and cultural exchanges between the two institutions through mutual assistance in areas of students and faculty exchange, teaching, research, joint academic programs, and other fields of common interest.

The Greenwich University Pakistan Mauritius Branch Campus will provide venue and facilities for YUVA events, focussing on entrepreneurship, leadership, management, youth and women empowerment, among others.

YUVA Academy will also occupy an office space at the University, where its staff will be operating from. Furthermore, YUVA Academy will provide a 2-month internship to groom the University students.

An initiative of YUVA (NGO), the YUVA Academy is a social enterprise, which sells empowerment programs to the young people of Mauritius and then reinvests the money it makes back into the local community to support the education, health and employment of Mauritian families living under poverty line.
