YUVA was invited for the Prize Giving and Music Day ceremony at La Gaulette State Secondary School where students were awarded a Certificate of Achievement on successfully completing YUVA’s Moral and Civic Education Programme. Each and every student participated thoroughly throughout the Programme at their school.
The students were able to learn about the “Ethics”, which was the first topic, which is important for juniors to become respectable people.
Five specific qualities of ethics, such as perseverance, responsibility, commitment, integrity and care for others, Citizenship, Civility and communication skills were covered throughout the whole programme and it was a theory and activity based where the students get to understand the topic more clearly and make the class more lively and this makes the students interact.
The students of La Gaulette SSS look forward to implementing all that they have learnt during the programme to further develop themselves and to become responsible individuals, the citizens of tomorrow.
