Dr Krishna Athal likes to think, write and talk about Leadership, Education, Entrepreneurship, Management, and Decision-Making. This has led him to study these topics more profoundly, write about them as a weekly columnist in the Times of India, and speak about them at numerous universities, including Michigan State University, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, TISS, NM College, SJJT University and Wilson College.

Joyvani Rose
Chief Financial Officer
Joyvani Rose is the Chief Financial Officer at YUVA. He is also the commissioner of the Fellowship First Aiders’ Association, vice-treasurer of the EDYCS Epilepsy Group, and social worker at Dr Idris Goomany Rehabilitation Centre. He has represented Mauritius at the AICESIS Forum in Nalchik, Russia.
Previously, Joyvani was a board member at the National Youth Council (NYC) of Mauritius and counsellor of social affairs at the National Economic & Social Council (NESC).

National Advisors
9 National Advisors
YUVA has nine national advisors who advise the National Board on national affairs. They primarily monitor and report on the organisation’s governance, strategic direction, and financial situation and advise on the operational risk that may impact non-operational aspects.
Also, they provide intellectual leadership by bringing new ideas into policy discussions and contributing to setting the agenda.
