An effective organisational structure, in the form of an organigram, has been put in place to make YUVA leaders accountable for results, and provisions for their replacing failures with someone new — sometimes through internal promotion. This structure has been designed to create a system of checks and balances within the organisation, ensuring that decisions are made with input from multiple perspectives and that power is not concentrated in the hands of a few.
The organigram of YUVA shows clear lines of authority and responsibility, with each department having a designated leader who reports directly to the Executive Director. This allows for efficient decision-making processes, as well as clear communication channels throughout the organisation. In addition to this hierarchical structure, YUVA also encourages open communication and collaboration between different departments. This fosters creativity and innovation within the organisation, as ideas can be shared freely and projects can benefit from diverse perspectives.
