Ongoing Projects

All ongoing projects are aligned with YUVA’s four pillars of vision: Education, Health, Empowerment, and Employment. Our aim is to provide comprehensive support to marginalised communities and individuals in Mauritius and India.

Through education initiatives, we strive to promote equal access to quality education for children from low-income families. We also work towards improving the health and well-being of these communities by organising free medical camps and providing information on preventative healthcare practices.

We offer various skills development programmes to empower marginalised groups, including vocational training and entrepreneurship workshops. These programmes help individuals gain employment opportunities and foster self-sufficiency within these communities. Additionally, we advocate for human rights and gender equality through awareness campaigns and legal aid services.

At YUVA, we believe that every individual has the potential to make a positive impact in their community. That’s why our Employment pillar focuses on creating opportunities for young adults to engage in community service and develop their leadership skills. Through our volunteer programmes, we encourage young people to take action and become agents of change.

We also prioritise education as a means of breaking the cycle of poverty. Our Education pillar provides scholarships and educational resources to children from marginalised communities, giving them access to quality education that would otherwise be out of reach. Furthermore, we work towards improving school infrastructure and providing necessary school supplies to ensure a conducive learning environment for these students.

Through our various initiatives, we strive to create sustainable change and uplift underserved communities in Mauritius and India. We believe that by working together, we can build a more equitable society where everyone has equal growth and development opportunities.

Join us in our mission to build a brighter future for the children of Mauritius and India. Together, we can make a difference and break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.
